One of the largest obstacles facing us in the pursuit of passion, purpose and joy in the Third Age is the reluctance to have a dream and follow it. Third Agers are either afraid to dream or have dreams that are too grand to be real.
By not dreaming we remain stuck, and by dreaming too grandly we open ourselves to disappointment. In coaching and Unfinished Business groups we encourage each other to have realistic dreams for our lives ahead, recognize the obstacles on the way, deal with them as unfinished business, and experience the joy that is living untouched within us.
