Wendy Allen, PhD has been a psychotherapist in Santa Barbara for 25 years. She is also a professional business and life coach. She has spent many years helping people with life coaching and life planning, believing that human growth and potential are ongoing until "we take our last breath and probably beyond that, too!"

She has run many kinds of therapy and coaching groups as well as having coached people from around the world.

"Relationships are everything to me," she says. "I believe our relationships to others, ourselves, and nature set us up in immediate relationship to the Divine. Human development impacts 'the micro and macro of everything in existence.'

Wendy has taught human development at the graduate level. She has also co-authored a text for business and life coaches, "The Business and Practice of Coaching" (Norton 2005). She speaks and presents to community groups and associations around the country.
